The remainder are packaged for commercial marketing. When the Tam Agn representative first spoke with the Cayman’s, Ronald’s greatest concern was that perhaps egg production would decline or fluctuate due to the change in feed processing. Now, well into operation, Ronald, his brother, and his father are confident that their system is producing nutritious feed and that time is being saved by farm feed processing that would otherwise by spent hauling and buying. At the same time, plans are being made for a drying bin and an elevator leg to allow the Wolgemuths to buy and store gram at the best market prices. Paul Jr. is a certified public accountant.
