Fava Fruit Co., of Baltimore, Md., has had its Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA) license suspended for 30 days for flagrant and repeated violations of the act. PACA, administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, establishes a code of good business con duct for the produce in dustry.
