Alan Bair told dairymen to culture their cows if there is any question about the kind of mastitis they may have. Raymond Witmer, president of the state association, discussed its young sire program and said that semen is available for testing in herds. “We can make breed progress by testing young sires.” County Association President Peter Witmer conducted the business meeting.
