ting into the act” of nutrition
education with consumers.
And to help them get the job
done correctly, National
Dairy Council has published
an easy-to-follow booklet
titled “Guide to Wise Food
Choices.”
In announcing the
material, NDC President
M.F. Brink, Ph.D., said
“The need for milk and other
dairy foods is clearly pointed
out.” He noted that the new
booklet can be used by home
economists, weight control
groups, cooperative ex
tension clubs, high school
and adult education classes,
church groups, and others.
