ICR CREAM PIE
Vs cup peanut butter
Vs cup molasses
2 cups crunch rice cereal
1 quart vanilla ice cream
Mix peanut butter and
molasses together in a
saucepan and add rice
cereal. Butter a pie plate and
press the mixture into plate
to form crust. Freeze. Let
one quart vanilla ice cream

CHOCOLATE
ICE CREAM ROLL
3 eggs
V* cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
% cup flour
V* cup cocoa
V*. teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
% gallon ice cream
Beat eggs until thick, add
water, sugar, and continue
to beat. Sift salt, flour,
cocoa, and baking powder,
mix well. Add vanilla. Line a
sheet cake pan with greased
paper. Pour in batter. Bake
at 425°F. for 12 to 15 minutes.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on
a tea towel. Turn cake with
towel inside. Allow to cool.
Unroll and spread with ice
cream, then freeze.

CREAM PUDDING
2 cups crushed graham
crackers
1 stick margarine (melted)
2 cups confectioner sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 package whipped cream
topping mixed according
to directions
cherry pie filling
Mix crushed graham

crackers and margarine.
Bake eight to ten minutes.
Set aside. Mix sugar with
cream cheese and whipped
topping. Place in pie shell.
Top with cherry pie filling or
fresh fruit.

CARAMEL PUDDING
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
2 quarts milk
4 tablespoons flour
eggs, if desired
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream brown sugar and
butter. Add milk to mixture
and bring to a boiling point.
Stir to prevent scorching.
Combine egg and flour. Add
small amount of milk to
make paste. Add to boiling
mixture. Cook until thick.

2 cups graham cracker
crumbs
5 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups confectioner sugar
V* lb. soft margarine
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 or 5 bananas
pineapples (well-drained)
whipped cream
groundnuts
red cherries

baking pan. Then beat
confectioner sugar for five
minutes, and add
margarine, eggs, and
vanilla. Spread this over the
cracker crumbs. Slice
bananas over pudding.
Put well drained pineapples
over top. Next put whipped
cream on top. Spread
pineapple over whipped
cream, then add nuts and
cherries.

YOGURT
2 quarts milk
%to % cup fresh yogurt
' Heat milk to boiling point.
Cool to 100*F. (lukewarm),
then add fresh yogurt. Beat a
little to break milk solids.
Pour into pint jars. Place in
large kettle of warm water
up to the jar neck for in
cubating from three to five
hours or until set. The water
should be 105°F. warm.
After it is set, one should
refrigerate immediately.
Can be served as salad
dressing for tossed greens or
vegetables. Also good on
baked potatoes or warm
apple pie, fresh fruit, apple
sauce, jelly or jam.
