• Hearing slated on use of Lancaster streams
HARRISBURG - A public
hearing is scheduled for May
3 which will affect the future
use of Lancaster County
streams. The reason for the
hearing is the recent
publication of the Depart
ment of Environmental
Resources’ (DER) proposed
revisions to the State’s
Water Quality Standards.

Capitol Campus Auditorium,
Middletown, Pa. The af
ternoon session begins at 2
p.m. and the evening session

public has 15 days in which
to submit written comments
to DER after the hearing.
