It’s able to make up to four different rations and auger the feed four directions as
needed without any attention. The control panel (brain) is able to receive and store signals
from four separate bins, determine the ration required for each bin, make one ton batches
by grinding and weighing out each ingredient, through mixing all ingredients then starts
the proper auger to deliver each batch of feed to the right bin.
It cannot make an off-balance feed because the built-in safety switches assure that each
ingredient called for is added, weighed out in the correct amount, and completely mixed,
The unit includes a 10 HP electric grinder, bucket elevator, one ton mixer, cross auger
and motors, one ton dial scale, and the control panel which includes motor starters,
overload switches, relay, indicator light and various standard electronic parts. Capacity
