Directions: Travel west on Route 322 from
Ephrata. Turn right on Weidmansville Road.
Turn right onto Indiantown Road. The first farm
on the left.
A 79 acre farm of which 75 acres is tillable. It has
excellent limestone soil.
There is erected a 2M> story frame and log dwelling
containing 9 rooms and IVfc baths. The kitchen has
recently been remodeled. There is oil hot water heat.
The roof is slate.
The bam is approximately 15 years old having a
round tin roof. It is equipped for steers or hogs. There
is a tobacco shed which has room to hang 6 acres of
tobacco. Also included are 2 silos. One silo is a concrete
one. The other one is a Madison measuring 20’ x 70’ and
has a bottom unloader. This silo is full of ensilage.
This farm is very nicely located. It has top producing
ground. There is lots of road frontage.
