At 1195 pounds of butterfat, a Holstein in the herd of
Jacob K. Stoltzfus produced the greatest amount of
butterfat in the Chester County DHIA for the month of
January. The six-year-old “L. Naomi” showed a 4.5 per
cent test on her 26,782 pounds of milk to take the record.
