Press chicken mto cheese covering both sides. Remove and dip m egg and then mto bread crumbs. Heat com oil in fry pan over medium heat. Add chicken, sprinkle with flavor enhancer, and brown on all sides. Remove and place in single layer in baking pan. To the hot fry pan add mushrooms and wine. Saute about five minutes.
