ASCS FINANCING Early Order Discounts Tam Agri Coi Dillsburg, P, (717)432 Pa. cattle firm reinstated NEW YORK, N.Y. - Cattle Sales, Inc., Scenery Hill, Pa., has been reinstated as a registered market agency under the Packers and Stockyards Act, U.S. Department of Agriculture officials say. The firm does business as Scenery Hill Stockyard. Its trade territory is m south western Pennsylvania. Cattle Sales, Inc., was suspended Nov. 14 until the firm complied fully with the bonding requirements. The firm has now filed the required bond and a sup plemental order has been issued which terminates the suspension portion of the order. However, the cease and desist portions of the previous order remain in force. This order, similar to a permanent injunction, is to insure future compliance with the Packers and Stockyards (P&S) Act. The P&S Act is a fair trade practices law. It promotes and maintains fair and open competition in the marketing of livestock, poultry and meat.
