HOG PANEL A new, heavy duty “Ad justa-Panel” for finishing, sow gestation, and boar pen areas has been introduced by Caswell Manufacturing , Co. of Cherokee, lowa. The panels may be used with adjustable ends and mounted between posts or used without adjustable ends and joined with frame connector inserts. The in serts link panels together in a continuous line that can be fastened to the sides of posts with panel clamps. Standard ends at each end of the line permit fastening to alleyway posts or to walls. Panels are constructed of rugged 14- gauge structural steel tubing. MANURE SPREADER Two new models of Better Bilt liquid manure spreaders are now available from Pearson Brothers. Both models feature powerful vacuum loading and pressure discharge with air agitation inside of the tank. Manure is spread evenly in a 35 to 40 foot pattern on the soil. Two types of plowdown manure injection systems to control runoff and pollution are optional. A spring tooth unit mounts slightly ahead and inside of each wheel.
