Red Lion FFA dominates hog show YORK - FFA members from Red Lion dominated the breeding swine shows at the York Fair, winning four out of five breed cham pionships, and four reserve ribbons. Greg Innerst, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Innerst, Red Lion, won the Berkshire class, while Don Kilgore, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leon Kilgore, Airville, took the reserve ribbon. In the Hampshire breed show, it was Wayne Bankert, another Red Lion boy, who took the honors. The winner in Spotted Polands was Jeff Rexroth, also a Red Lion FFA’er, who is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wilmer Rexroth, Airville. He had both champions in the event. Yorkshire winner Mark Rahman is from the Ken nard-Dale FFA chapter, and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Rahman. Reserve champion of that breed belonged to Wayne Bankert. The limelight returned to Red Lion when the champion fror other breeds was picked. The winning animal was a Duroc and belonged to Tom Innerst, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Innerst, Red Lion.
