Pig club meets ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa, - The Elizabethtown pig and rabbit dub met July 14 at the home of Barry Heisey, Elizabethtown. It was discussed whether the dub wanted to enter a float in the Manheim Fair. There will be a dub picnic on August 16 at the Elizabethtown Community Park, 6 p.m. Members are asked to bring covered dishes. Members are reminded that the pig roundup will be August 8 and 9 at the Lan caster Stockyards, Lan caster, Pa. Demonstrations were given after the meeting on parts of a pig, how to fit a pig, and bow to show a pig. Members were then quizzed on their knowledge.
