Designed for large
commercial drying
The 'Continuous Multi-Stage principle divides
the grain columns into upper, middle and lower
sections. Each section has an independently
controlled fan and heater. The wet grain is fed
into the top section, heated and dried for a pre
set time and released to the second section when
it is again heated for a controlled period of time.
The grain is then released to the third or bottom
section for cooling (dry and cool process) or for
drying (full heat process). Cycle time settings
are determined by the condition of the grain to be
dried and how much moisture is to be removed.
Four stages may be utilized for “dry and cool”
