Topping the sale at $1,535 was a big, strong two-year old bull, lot 7. consigned by Pennsylvania State University, PS Great Northern 452 275, by PS Great Northern 452 and out of a Marshall Pride 476 daughter. Dean Considine, Middletown, Md. was the purchaser. Top selling female was the lot 31 cow also consigned by Penn State University, State College, Pa. She sold with a March heifer calf at side by Rito 707 Ideal 533 70. This two-year old is by Favour of Wye and also out of a Marshall Pride 476 cow. She sold to Dr. Emmett Full's Back Acres Angus Mt. Airy, Md. for $7OO with her calf. Second high selling bull was a five-year-old son of Montague of Wye and he sold to F.A Heitmuller for $B5O. This Datland Bred bull was consigned by Maryland’s Way Farm, Ijamsville, Md.
