Sales Manager’s Note: Many of you may recognize
the Spencercrest prefix of Archie Spencer since at one
time it was surely one of the better bred herds in
northern Penna. Due to health problems he dispersed
his herd several years ago only to start again when he
was able. Now he must disperse again due to an ac
cident. This herd has never been pushed, never tasted
com silage and only receiving late cut July-Aug. hay
and a 16% grain mix!! Most of the milk made was
made strictly on what they could get from pasture!!
You will find several individuals and an extremely well
grown group of heifer calves. The kind that can go
home and do the job.
