Kerstetter, Pennsylvania secretary of agriculture, last week called the first annual Penn sylvania Transportation Conference a “major step forward in efforts to provide transportation services to the disadvantaged.” The conference, to be held Nov. 22-23 at the Holiday Inn Town in Harrisburg, is aimed at indentifying the many types of transportation problems and will attempt to coordinate solutions among the many agencies working in the area to achieve maximum results.
