1. Wash the udder with a warm sanitizing solution made with Purina i-0 Dairy,
then dry with a single service paper towel
2. Take 2 or 3 streams from each quarter and examine for problems
3. Attach the teat cups when teats are full of milk.
4. Adjust teat cup during milking to insure that all quarters milk out properly.
5. Machine strip when milk flow slows to a minimum (strip quickly). IMPORTANT-DO NOT OVERMILK
6. Dip teats in Purina Bovadine immediately after the teat cups are removed.
7. Treat all cases of clinical mastitis with Purina's Novo-Mast 111. Follow label instructions,
8. Treat all quarters at drying off with Purina's Neo-Dry 11. Follow label instructions.
9. Conduct cowside screening tests at least once a month. Record the results for future reference.
10. Have your milking machine service representative check your entire system at least twice a year.
