EIGHT YEARS OF INSTABILITY!
Ford promises stability in government. But during the last
eight years we have seen a President and Vice-President
forced to resign, 1 appointed President, 2 appointed Vice
Presidents; 6 Attorney Generals, 5 Secretaries of Commerce,
4 Secretaries of Defense; 4 Secretaries of Treasury, 5
Secretaries of Labor; 4 Secretaries of Health, Education &
Welfare, 4 Secretaries of Interior, 3 Secretaries of Agriculture,

Jimmy Carter is a rural American. He understands the
problems of rural America. He is committed to a reduction in
inflationary costs, high interest rales, and high energy costs.
Jimmy Carter believes that he can solve these problems
because he has faith in you. Have faith in Jimmy! Help him to
help you.
An HC study estimates consumers have been overcharged
more than $2 billion in 13 food lines This reflects how the
Nixon-Ford-Butz team allowed corporate control of our food
system. At the same time, John Heinz had his subcommittee
study how to weaken the Capper-Volstead Act, which would
strengthen corporate agri-business and destroy cooperatives.
When Bill Green gets to the United States Senate, he will
seek a seat on the Senate Agriculture Committee where he will
demand a fair share for Pennsylvania.
