off a rug 9 Cover them with an
absorbent paper towel, then
press with a warm iron. The
wax melts and the towel ab
sorbs it Repeat if necessary,
but make sure the iron
doesn’t get too hot.
* If you have hard water
in your area, calcium deposits
can make sink and tub fittings
look unsightly, but scratching
off that hard white film can
mar the chrome. Hot vinegar
dissolves these deposits easily
Let the liquid stay on the
chrome until gas bubbles stop
rising, then rinse

those “steam” rug cleaning
