On November Bth the society will have a Bazaar table at the Farm and Home Center, Lancaster, with food and hand crafted items for sale. New officers for the coming year are, Joan Rohrer, president; Lois Aument, vice president; Miriam DeLong, secretary; and Ann Brown, treasurer. The program was domestic and fine arts with members bringing their handmade items. Several demonstrations were given including bailer twine wreaths by Joan Rohrer, macrame’ by Abbie Bradley, artififical flower wreaths by Joanne Roth, and crocheted coat hangers by Virginia Rineers. Refreshments were served by Hazel Auxnent, Alice Ressel, and Abbie Bradley. The next meeting will be a workshop at Stauffers on November 4. Berks Co. Society 6 Mrs. Robert Kopfer, Fleetwood R 2, was the guest speaker at the October 12 meeting of the Berks County Society Farm Women, Group 6.
