Hard Red Winter wheat to the Soviet Union Part of the sale (220,000 tons) will be shipped ( n the 1976-77 wheat marketing year. (June-May) and the remainder (180,000 tons) in the 1977-78 marketing year. Since all shipments are after Oct. 1, 1976, the sale will count against the U.S.- U.S.S.R. Long-Term Grain Supply Agreement.
