Reporter LEESPORT, Pa. - County officers, committee chair men, and group presidents reported on busmess and events of the past year to nearly 200 members of the Berks County Society of Farm Women and guests who attended the Society’s 25th Annua] Convention at the Berks County Ag Center on October 2. After lunch, Berks County Dairy Princess Alternate Tammy Hafer offered her views on this year’s county dairy princess contest, commenting on what the contestants personally gamed through the ex perience, stressing the value of milk promotion, and explaining how the members own daughters can support the promotion effort by participating in next year’s pageant. Guest speaker, Dr. Garland Fisher of Pott stown, Pa., presented the group with his views on chiropractic medicine, focusing on what a chiropractor is and what he does.
