If they pass the state test this year, they will have only one more year of state tests to go and funding will be available. If the funding does go through, the Jaycees have hopes of possbily buying land and getting some permanent buildings. At present, they rent the land from the Elizabethtown College. Bill Shuker, president of the Jaycees, also noted that the organization would really like to make the Fair a community event.
