Delegates will have before
them two proposals to revise
the Association Bylaws. A
revision sponsored by-the
Board of Directors
represents changes in
procedure for election of
delegates to the annual
convention. The second
revision involves a proposal
to further liberalize the color
marking provisions, under
the sponsorship of a group of
six members. Pennsylvania
leads, all states in the
number of delegates based,
on active membership.
Over 200 junior members
of. Holstein-Friesian
Association will also par
ticipate in the convention.
