One Lancaster County
grain dealer told LAN
CASTER FARMING on
Friday morning that the first
truckloads of barley are
coming in from southern
Maryland. The crop is ex
pected to. be a little tough
with drying being a
necessity. The price was
quoted at $1.85 per bushel.
The dealer also noted he had
prepared his facilities for the
new barley and wheat crops,
and was.- out- of the 1975
holdings for both small and
large grains.
