3 SEED PEOPLE MAKE
COW JUDGING LOOK EASY
If it’s true that good things come in
threes, then the Stanford Seed
Company Plymouth Meeting office
indeed has a good thing going
especially when it comes to judging
bovine pulchritude.
In an unusual development, three
of the 22 winners in the nationwide
46th Annual Cow Judging Contest
sponsored by HOARD'S DAIRYMAN
magazine are Stanford employees.
The contest attracted about 1,000
entrants.
Awaiting the arrival of their awards
are (left to right) Mrs. Louise Sproul,
George Beans and Mrs. Cheryll
Stenson.
Stanford is a major distributor of
farm seed, NK seed corn. Old English
Grass Seed and Lyric Wild Bird Food
in the Mid-Atlantic and northeast
regions.
