Game Commission has adopted rules and regulations governing the issuance of antlerless deer licenses for 1976 that are similar to those in effect last year. In so doing, the com mission discontinued at this time consideratin of another approach that would have required county treasurers to schedule drawings for antlerless licenses when applications exceeded allocations. Under guidelines adopted, county treasurers will begin accepting applications for antlerless licenses on Monday, October 4. As in the past, all applications must be sent to county treasurers by first class mail only. Applications will again be limited to one per envelope. Antlerless licenses will not be issued by county treasurers prim* to October 11, and all unsuccessful applications shall be mailed by county treasurers to the appliclants no later than October 12.
