Manheim Young Farmers
hold annual banquet
MOUNT JOY - At the
recent annual banquet of the
Manhclm Young Farmers,
Ben Nolt, Manhclm Rl, was
named as the club’s out
standing young farmer for
1976 and six were recognized
for outstanding Individual
achievement.
The organization’s double
winner, Darryl Bollinger,
Manhclm R 7, was the year’s
com grain champion and one
of three to receive the First
Year Farmer Award. The
other two were Marlin
Moyer, Manhelm R 2, and
James Musser, Mount Joy.
The com silage award went
to Dale Nolt, Manheim Rl,
while James Kettering,
Manheim Rl had his hay
judged as tops. Earl Landis,
Manheim R 7, was the DHIA
winner for the year.
