Channel 33, is among 163 of
the nation's public television
stations participating in a
unique event in American
television history March 7
through 21. The occasion is
"Festival ’76," a 15-day
celebration of some of the
moat outstanding television
programs and feature films
produced in the United
States and abroad, many of
them winners of national and
international prizes.
Probably the first time
that the concept of an in
ternational festival of out
standing productions has
ever been brought to
television in this country,
