Forty-nine (49) Mature Cow* of which quite a few are
bred back for Fall, some Just Fresh, and the balance in
all stages. A real top dairy with an actual D.H.I.A.
individual average of 15,500 Ibo. of milk for 19?5. In
dividual records up to 22,000 lbs. Mostly all are home
raised big cows with real nice udders and really
milking; 15 big Bred Heifers due between March and
May; 18 Heifers big enough to breed; 14 Heifers

MILKING AND BARN EQUIPMENT

unit with pump and line (1-year old); 80-gal. electric
hot water heater; Starline 16-20 foot silo unloader with

PRODUCE AND APPLE EQUIPMENT
Small quantity of good round bales of hay, mostly
second cutting quantity of corn ensilage and grass
ensilage; about 15-tons of ear corn. Apple equipment
consists of Bean orchard sprayer; 3-sets of pneumatic
tree primers; 4 h.p. gas air compressor; 10 orchard
ladders; large quantity 1-bushel apple crates and other
miscellaneous orchard equipment.
Miller 180 A welder; Oxy-Acetelyne torches; Century
hi-pressure 700 p.s.i. washer; Craftsman table saw;
,Homelite chain saw; shop drill press; M-F 7 h.p. riding
tractor with mower; anvil and various other items
found around a well equipped shop.
HOUSEHOLD GOODS
Three (3) refrigerators including Coldspot
Frostless; Kenmore electric stove; maple living room
suite; maple bedroom suite; maple kitchen table and
chairs; Kenmore washer; nigs; two (2) cider barrels
and just everything commonly found around the home.
They are leaving for Arizona and taking very little with
them and the rest all goes at Auction.
SPECIAL: Hesston “5400” baler (new this year), the
kind that makes I,ooolb. bales. Also, Oliver “OC 4” gas
bulldozer with blade and backhoe in good condition.
