New England: Quite heavy snow to start, turning to rain m south
by midweek, latter part mostly sunny and warmer, with some light
snow in north and mountains
Greater New York-New Jeney: Week starts with light snow
changing to ram or freezing ram, then warming, end of week dear
with above normal temperatures, but cloudy on weekend
Middle Atlantic Coastal: Clouding up and milder at first, then
ram, generally fair and mild days, with freezing nights latter part.
Piedmont lc Southeast Coastal: Light to moderate rain in north
