Wenger seeking office
Noah W. Wenger, a farmer
from Stevens Rl, on Wed
nesday announced he is a
Republican candidate for the
State House seat from the
99th District which is
currently being held by the
retiring Harry Gring.
Wenger, 41, operates a 107-
acre livestock and poultry
farm in West Cocalico
Township and is a past
president of the Lancaster
County Farmers
Association. Aside from all
of his responsibilities on the
farm, he also served on the
Governor’s Advisory
Committee on Solid Waste
Management and is a
member of the Cocaiico
School Authority.

York Feline Society, to be

chance to view over 400 cats

mese, Exotic short hair,
Rex, Himalayan, and a
newly developed breed, the

favorites! But the cats will
be judged officially by Stan
Barnaby of Wisconsin, Mrs
Loretta Baugh of Michigan,
William Beck and Walt

Robert Smith of California.
They will be studying body
and head shape, physical
condition, eye color, and
color and texture of the coat.
In addition to the
pedigrees contending for
awards, household pets will
be competing for the
prestigious Morris Award.
