The teal estate consists of approx. 313 acres of land, all tillable with the exception of the building site. This
building site has a nice grove on three sides and consists of a 2 story modem 5 bedroom home with
bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen with built in cupboards, walk in closet, bath, laundry room and
mud room on the first floor. There are 4 bedrooms on the second story with hardwood floors. The first story

April 15,1976. The balance wil be on a contract for 10 years with annual installments of $10,000.00 plus
interest at Vh% pm annun, interest to commence March 1,1976. The first payment will be payable March
Ist, 1977 with entire unpaid balance due and payable March 1,1986. Real estate taxes due and payable in
