She had a 205-day adjusted weight of 643 pounds and a 365-day adjusted weight of 1,006 pounds. Dr. Thomas D Conrad, owner of Bcechdale Farms, stated that this Soleil heifer was one of the finest females that he had ever seen and was particularly pleased to take her home, all the way to Pennsylvania, to become a part of his already prestigious herd. Conrad also purchased two open females, one by Acajou, and one by Galant. This Sixth Annual Canadian Sunmental Association Sale was held in conjunction with their Seventh Annual meeting at Calgary, Alberta, on November 19, 1975. Conrad was also a volume buyer of the top selling animals in several categories at the SBL Sale in Cardston, Alberta, in Sep tember of this year.
