The team participated with 10 other state teams. The team placed 10th in retail judging with a score of 373 and the team from Minnesota was Ist with 404. The total of all judging was won by Oklahoma with a score of 1,165. The York County team scored 1,131 points and placed 7th. Tim Livingston was Bth with 389. The high individual had 412. David Cramer had 388 and placed 10th. The meat identification part of the contest was won by Wyoming with a score of 683 and York County placed 2nd with 652. Tim Beck was second with a score of 234, high individual had 236. Linda Ebaugh was 11th with a score of 210 and Tim Livingston was 12th with a score of 208. The total overall judging and meat identification contest was won by Wyoming with a score of 1,825 points and York County placed 3rd with a score of 1,783. Tim Beck was 6th overall with a score of 605 points and the high in dividual had a score of 631. Tim Livingston was Bth with a score of 597. Linda Ebaugh was 16th overall with a score of 581.
