oil fired hot water baseboard heat, and has 220 electric

Farm No. 2: This is an appx. 59 acre farm located
along same township road south of farm No. 1. This
farm is almost entirely tillable and also has a small
portion of woodland. This farm has a well and the bam
is in need of repairs.
