Quick Attach Loader
A new medium duty, Quick
Attach agricultural loader is
now available from Massey-
Ferguson Inc. Designed for
use with MF tractors only,
the new MF 236 loader
features double acting lift
cylinders and two double
acting bucket cylinders.
Mounting kits are
available for the MF 135,235,
165, 175, 255, 265, and 275
tractors. Once assembled
and mounted on the tractor,
the loader can be mounted or
dismounted by using the
tractor hydraulics and
movement. Only the front
and rear mounting brackets
remain on the tractor.
Mounting or dismounting
the loader takes less than
five minutes. There are no
bolts or nuts to remove. Two
overcenter wedges lock the
loader to tractor mounting
brackets. A solid mount is
provided by large bearing
surface and interfacing
wedges in the mount
pockets.
The MF 236 Quick Attach
loader has a lift capacity of
2,500 lbs. and a breakout
force of 3,250 lbs. Maximum
lift height is 120 in., and
maximum dump angle is 52
degrees.
Manure forks are
available in 48 or 60 in.
overall width, 32 in. long, and
8 or 10 tines. Material
buckets are available in 48,
60,72 and 84 in. widths, with
capacities from 11 to 21 cu.

a Sweep Arm Auger Grain
Unloader to round out its line
of feed and grain handling
equipment, the company
announced recently.
The P Sc D unit designed
for new or existing struc
tures, handles all dry grains
and most high-moisture
grains. The sweep arm
auger rotates 360 degrees at
the bottom of bins up to 36'
dia., and silos up to 24’ dla.
The auger is put into
operation after gravity
feeding into the discharge
hopper ends and is reported
to empty virtually all grain

Last fall when I heard the news from
the midwest that supplies of seed corn
