Three exhibitors showed in
this breed show and the
placings went this way:
Kerry Boyd, Ephrala, first
and second places in the
senior yearling class: the
same animals were chosen
as junior, reserve grand, and
reserve junior entries.
Harry Leinlnger’s two

EPHRATA • Returning
from Harrisburg, where he
won the Holstein FFA show
for the third year in a row,
Russell Kline came to the
Ephrata Fair in spite of
rains and relatively low
temperatures to capture the
grand champion honor.
Kline, who manages his
own herd of 40 Holsteins near
Denver, exhibited “Fought
Lands Eagle Ingra” at the
Pennsylvania Junior Dairy
Show on Monday at the
Farm Show Complex and
was present at Wednesday’s
show in Ephrata.
“Ingra,” a daughter of
Paclamar Ivanhoe Black
Eagle, was purchased by
Kline from his father as a
two-year old.
