Trading Commission took steps on September 4 to conform reporting requirements for foreign brokers and foreign traders for newly regulated commodities subrtantially to rules in effect for previously regulated commodities. The Commission an nounced that reporting requirements will apply equally to all foreign traders and foreign brokers with the sole exception that foreign traders will not be required at this time to file series 03 reports which identify the trades and positions of reportable size for each foreign trade. Wheat allotments postponed Issurance of the 1976 wheat allotment notices will be postponed according to Paul H. Keeney, Chairman of Berks County Agricultural Stabilization and Con servation Committee. The allotment notices, usually issued in August, will be combined with the 1976 feed grain notices and issued after the first of next year. The 1976 wheat allotment in no way restircts wheat plantings and is not needed by farmers to determine wheat acres to seed this fall. The 1976 National wheat allotment of 61.6 million acres is 15 percent above the 1975 allotment.
