‘‘SELF HITCH"
A versatile line of tractor
hitches for 3-point ap
plications is available from
Metro Hydraulics Inc. Called
“Self-Hitch”, the features
include using it as: an
automatic 3-point quick
hitch, a removable self
hooking drawbar hitch, and
a traction hitch.
With ‘‘Self-Hitch” the
operator can hitch up
without ever leaving the
tractor seat; he can also
unhook the drawbar without
leaving his seat.
No adapters are needed for
any of the hitches, and they
will fit all category 2 and
category 3 tractors. “Self-
Hitch” is raised and lowered
by use of the hydraulic
system, and with the drop-in
drawbar, it becomes a
traction hitch on all pull type
equipment. This lets you
transfer the weight and pull
of the equipment to provide
extra traction for the tractor
wheels.

and Barbara Kilgore, Air

old division.
