Saturday, August 2, 1975 Spilled whey cried over HARRISBURG - Ap propriate legal action is being considered by the Department of En vironmental Resources against Zausner Foods Inc., New Holland, as result of another incident involving the discharge of cheese whey into a nearby stream. A spokesman for the regional office said Zausner has a history of cheese whey spills. This most recent incident was the fourth since August, 1974, when cheese whey was discharged into an unnamed tributary to the Brandywine Creek from a disposal site in Salisbury Township, Lan caster County. That incident resulted in a summary conviction against the New Holland firm.
