The high herd for May was Sinking Spring Farm, R 5, York with 62.9 lbs. of milk and
2.8 lbs. of fat on 66.2 Holsteins. Second high was that of David Stewart, Rl, Delta on
51.3 registered Holsteins milking 59.8 lbs. of milk and 2.34 lbs. of fat.
The high cow was 14 a 6 year old Holstein owned by Vincent Webb, Fawn Grove,
producing 21,620 lbs. of milk at 3.8 percent for 828 lbs. of fat.
Second high was a Stump Acres, RIO, York registered Holstein, Vera at 2 years 9
month produced 15,527 lbs. of milk at 5.2 percent for 805 lbs. of fat.
