Planning to 717-354-4241 FREE ESTIMATES Egg Poaching The current Issue of Weight Watchers Magazine presents a story on how to poach eggs, step-by-step, featuring the poaching prowess and the fingers of Howard Helmer, AEB’s Eastern Representative. Working with Miriam Gordon, the magazine’s food editor, Howard poached his way through 15 dozen Large AA eggs while the photographer clicked away at every step of the operation. The result was four concise photos that were used in the magazine article. Before the meeting the Club planted flowers at the Center which were donated by Pleasant View Greenhouse near Spring Grove. The meeting was called to order by Pres. Gary Welsh, Sec. and Treas. reports were given by Jonathan Myers and Bonnie Wire Respect fully with a balance of $853.03 reported. In effect since April 14, the revised standards "allow slightly leaner beef to qualify for Prime and Choice grades; make the Good grade more restrictive; making eating charac teristics tenderness, juiciness, and flavor more uniform in each grade; and require that all graded beef be identified for yield (percentage of retail cuts) as well as quabty. Registration for the event will start at 9:30 a.m. with a snack bar being provided.
