The Sheraton Inn is the host facility and the program begins with a panel discussion on legislation, regulations, and government activities. Senator Clarence Man beck will serve as moderator of the panel which Includes the Honorable James McHale, Secretary of Agriculture; Representative Kent Shelhamer, Chairman of the House Agriculture Com mittee, and Senator Patrick Stapleton, Chairman of the Senate Agriculture Com mittee. The morning program will conclude with a Poultry Film Festival viewing films on poultry products being seen on television, movie theaters, and public meetings. The afternoon program begins with a panel discussion on the training and curriculum develop ments at the universities. Dr. Everett E. Denlinger, Director of the Bureau of Animal Industries for the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, will chair the nanel. Panelists include Dr. .PERRY NEW HOLLAND IS A DIVISION OF SPERRY RAND CORPORATION Kenneth Goodwin, Penn State University; Dr. Hwang, University of Pennsylvania, and Dr. Howard Kahan, Delaware Valley College. The af ternoon session will conclude with Professor' Charles E. Ostrander, Cornell University, discussing the alternate methods of utilizing poultry waste and Dr. Ralph Baker, Ohio State University, providing the price and demand outlook for broilers, turkeys, and eggs- Prior to the festive Annual Banquet, there will be an annual meeting of the members of the Penn sylvania Poultry Federation and a Board of Directors meeting to elect officers. The Annual Banquet is the social highlight of the year for Pennsylvania poultrymen. In addition to presentations by the immediate past president and new incoming president, guests are treated to some brief remarks from the lovely Pennsylvania Poultry Queen. The highlight of the evening is the an nouncement of the Poultryman of the Year and the Allied Industryman of the Year.
