Mertz recorded the highest butterfat production for the month of February. Number 35 produced 872 pounds of butterfat with 18,525 pounds of milk. Second high in production was Fayne, a cow in the Reu Hel Farms Inc. Fayne produced 824 pounds of butterfat and 25,603 pound of milk. Muddy Creek Farm’s herd registered the highest average per cow per day with 1.97 pounds with the herd of Kenneth Stutzman recording second high with 1.96 pounds.
