Team traveled to New
Holland on Wednesday,
March 12, to compete in the
Lancaster County FFA
Parliamentary Procedure
Contest. Tom Jackson,
President; and presiding
Chairman, Gordon Herr;
and Bruce Kreider, led their
team to a stunning victory.
Other members of the team

County FFA Senior Public
Speaking Contest. Jeff
placed second with a speech
titled “Production at a
Profit.” Randy placed fifth
with “World Hunger”. Out of

The February uniform
price for federal Order 4
base milk increased 4 cents
from the previous month.
Excess milk showed an
increase of 4 cents also,
according to Andrew
Marvin, Ephrata, fieldman
for Inter-State Milk
Producers Cooperative.
In comparison to Feb.
levels one year ago, base
milk was down 72 cents and
excess down 10 cents. The
base milk price was $8.98,
advance to the Area Public
Speaking Contest, on April 14
at Brownstown.

pared to Feb., 1974.
A total of 366 million
pounds of producer milk was
pooled in Feb. of which 63.06
percent was sold as Class I,
showing a decrease of 1.65
percent of deliveries made in
Jan., and a 0.16 percent
decrease under Feb. a year
ago. 7561 Order 4 produce s
provided 13 million pounds
per day to dealers during
Feb., averaging 1731 pounds
per farm per day. Total
value of producer milk was
set at $31,470,011.47 for the
month.

reorganizations! meeting on
