They were competing in the Lancaster County FFA Senior Public Speaking Contest. Jeff placed second with a speech titled “Production at a Profit.” Randy placed fifth with “World Hunger”. Excess milk showed an increase of 4 cents also, according to Andrew Marvin, Ephrata, fieldman for Inter-State Milk Producers Cooperative.
