Spreaker for the evening will be Harry Constein, a Lan caster County ’ native who has been a field agent with the Internal Revenue Ser vice since 1966. Constein, a certified public accountant, will discuss income tax deductions and the records necessary to substaniate them. The meeting will be held at the Hmkletown Alternative School approximately one half mile north of Route 322 just east of Hinkletown. The meeting will start at 7:30 p.m. ana, all interested persons are invited to attend, according to Robert An derson, adult farmer ad visor. The clear stream law meeting previously scheduled for March 5 will be held on March 26. Speakers for the evening will be Afton Schadel, State Conservation Commission; Henry Hack man and other represen tative of the Soil Con servation Service.
