The winning entry, a heat dried first cutting of alfalfa sample, contained 22.58 crude protein and 65.9 percent estimated total digestible nutrients. The reserve champion sample, an air dried later cutting of alfalfa, was exhibited by Albert L. Hack, of RD2, Berwick, Columbia County. The Advisory Committee reported on a 1975 preview and new projects. The At tcndcnce Committee reported on various ways to get more clubs to council meetings, including a year end trophy. The Exhibit Committee has directed clubs to put up exhibits in different communities. Both .the Dec. 14_Jumor Fun Night and the Dec. 21 Christmas Caroling at nursing homes were well attended and very suc cessful. Teen Leader Lock-In wQI be held Feb. 28 to March 1.
